Cancellations – Please give us 24 hours notice (excluding Saturday’s, Sunday’s and Bank Holiday’s) if you wish to cancel your driving lesson Unless 24 hours notice is given directly to the instructor you will be charged. This is because it is very unlikely that we will be able to replace your lesson, with short notice. Lessons must not be cancelled by e-mail or by text, you must telephone your driving instructor directly.

Where the pupil fails to attend a pre-arranged lesson, the instructor will wait a maximum of 15 minutes before leaving the meeting point after the lesson will be cancelled but will still be charged.

We reserve the right to cancel a driving lesson should the pupil arrive in an unfit state to drive. If in the opinion of the instructor you are unfit to drive through either, drink, drugs or general health, the lesson will be cancelled but will still be charged.

Road Safety – We reserve the right to withdraw our cars for tests without notice should the pupil prove not to be up to test standard and this is at the discretion of your driving instructor whose decision is final. This is because you may be a danger to yourself, the examiner, other road users, and may cause damage to the driving instructor’s vehicle. However we will always advise you if you are not up to the test standard, to re-arrange your test, to prevent this happening.

Responsibility – We cannot be held responsible for postponements of lessons due to illness or mechanical breakdown, nor for driving test postponed by the (DSA) Driving Standards Agency.

I.D – We do ask that on the first time you meet your driving instructor, you provide both parts of a current Provisional or Full Driving Licence. (for the vehicle category applicable)

Block Booking Agreement – A minimum of 5 hours must be booked for the block booking discount to be applicable. If you have purchased a block booking and wish to cancel without using all hours owed to you, a full refund will be given, however the lessons already taken will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

Payment – All lessons must be paid at the beginning of the lessons.
